"Richmond - Michael Peter Niebauer, 82, of 3785 church road, died Saturday night in his home where he had lived all his life. He was born Feb. 5, 1876 the son of the late Peter and Teresa Niebauer. He and Miss Louise Porea were married Sept. 21, 1909. Mr. Niebauer is survived by his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Alvin Schneider, St. Clair; three sons, Louis Niebauer and Stanley Niebauer, both of St. Clair and Raymond Niebauer, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Catherine Fitzgerald, Mrs. Mary Ottembacher, Miss. Elizabeth Niebauer and Mrs. Teresa Winkel, all of Richmond and 14 grandchildren. The remains are in Memorial Chapel funeral home, St. Clair, where the Rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m. Monday. Services will be at 8 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home and at 9 a.m. in St. Augustine Catholic church, Richmond, with Rev. Charles Wettstein, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery."

MIDDLEBURY — Lillian Sue Howell, 69, of Middlebury, died at 11:02 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, at her residence. She was born July 2, 1949, in Johnson County, Kentucky, to Reuben and Barbara (Blair) Webb. On March 8, 1969, in Floyd County, Kentucky, she married Billy Howell; he survives. Survivors in addition to her husband are a son and his wife, two granddaughters, and her father. She was preceded in death by her mother.
