Birth: Mar. 10, 1914 Death: Oct. 15, 2004 Mary Alice Ray McCullough Lane Mary Alice Ray, 90, of McCullough Lane died at 9:55 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15, 2004, at the Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Mrs. Ray was a food service worker. She worked at Irwin Union Bank, Cummins Tech Center, Donner Center and Gene Brierly's Catering Service. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church and attened Petersville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and flowers. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Myers Funeral Service, Reed & Jewell Chapel on 25th Street, with The Revs. Donald G. Bradley and Ida Easley officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville. Mary Jean Gauthier East China - Mrs. Mary Jean Gauthier, 72, of East China died Sunday, February 11, 2001 in St. Petersburg, Fla. She was born June 14, 19928 in St. Clair, to Ralph and Anna Mayhew. She married Howard W. Gauthier Sr. of St. Clair on May 17, 1947. She was employed by the East China School District for many years. Survived by her husband of 54 years, their children and their spouses; Mr. Howard W. Frederick C. Niebauer July 12, 1910-Aug. 19, 1996 Frederick C. Niebauer, 86, of Cleveland Road, South Bend, passed away at 5:36 p.m., Monday, in St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend. Mr. Niebauer retired in 1975 from South Bend Range after 26 years of service. He was born July 12, 1910, in South Bend. On Sept. 3, 1938, in South Bend, he married Marie Young, who preceded him in death. On April 16, 1977, in South Bend, he married Adeline Johnson, who survives along with a daughter, Christina Leonard of South Bend; a son, Charles F. Niebauer of Middlebury, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Karen Negri of East Moline, ill. a stepson, Kenneth Johnson ef Buchanan, Mich., nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister, Ruth McCormick of Winfield, Ill. and a brother, Robert Bauer of Costa Mesa, Calif. St. Clair - Mildred T. Niebauer, 85, died Saturday, July 15, 1995. She was born March 5, 1910 in St. Clair She married Louis Niebauer on May 12, 1934. He died Jan. 16, 1966. Mrs. Niebauer was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Church rosary Alter Society. She was also a member of China township Senior Citizens. She is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, Edward M. (Sandy) of New Baltimore, Roy (Kathleen) of Richmond, Marvin (Barbara) of Oakland, Ronald (Marylen) of China Township, and Kenneth (Barbara) of Cary, N.C.; grandchildren, Johnny, Gary, Brian, Gayle, David, Kevin, Ronald, Lisa, San, Mara, Stephanie, Jason, Kimberly, and Fredrick; great-grandchildren, Lindsay, Lisa, Ronald Jr., Michael, and Nicholas; brothers, Harvey Westrick of China Township and Alvin (Helen) Westrick of Marysville; and a sister, Ethel (Stanley) Niebauer of China township. Joas Beachy

Beachy .- Joas, son of Simon and Mary Ann (Helmuth) Beachy, was born at Arthur, Ill., June 2, 1918; died an accidental death in a factory at Middlebury, Ind., Sept. 22, 1981; aged 63 y. On Nov. 4, 1943, he was married to Marie Troyer, who survives. Also surviving are 3 daughters (Mrs. Naomi Walters, Mrs. Mary Lou Jennings, and Lois-Mrs. Dan Stimax), 5 sons (Leonard, Glenn, Dewey, Nelson, and Willard), 3 sisters (Alpha-Mrs. Noah Otto, Sovilla-Mrs. Levi Hershberger, and Nettie-Mrs. Howard Yoder), and 4 brothers (Harvey, Floyd, Clarence, and Aden). He was a member of First Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Sept. 25, in charge of Samuel J. Troyer and Orvin Hooley; interment in Ivens Cemetery.
